We've been at "The Hanoi Bicycle Collective"

They speak good english and in fact they repaired my Magura rim breaks and I was happy with that. 

We also heard, that they are not the best when it comes down to real problems - theire are some bad opinions about this shop, so be careful and watch the mechanic while he fixes you bike.
